The meat on the spit is cooked over charcoals, so you will get that real BBQ flavor. All we need is power to power the rotisserie on the spit.
We also provide good quality disposable bamboo plates and cutlery (eco-friendly!) and paper napkins, and some staff to help serve, although it is in the style of self-serving

Flaming Barbecue Meat

Vital Information

​

  1. To secure and confirm your booking, a $250 deposit is required. The deposit is non – refundable but a refund may be requested at the discretion of Rafferty's Catering. Once we receive the deposit and filled out Booking Form, we will send out a receipt for the deposit which includes confirmation of the booking and date. 

  2. Guest numbers, including dietary requirements, must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the date and full payment due no later than 5 days before the function.

  3. Prices include: set up and pack down of all Rafferty's Catering equipment only, professional cooking staff and waiting staff.  Catering trailer and refrigerated van are included. 

  4. There is a staff travel cost for any functions booked outside the Albury – Wodonga area. This is charged at $70 per staff member per hour of travel from Wodonga CBD. 

  5. We provide all our own equipment. We do not provide linen, tables, chairs, glassware, table decorations etc.. If you need help with this or any other services, we are happy to recommend suppliers.

  6. The following is what we require from you                                                                                                * An undercover area to plate up food, and 2 trestle tables,                                                                          * Access by vehicle in and out on the day

  7. We do not take tentative bookings; no booking is secured until we confirm with deposit receipt

  8. All prices are based on a minimum of $3000 – For Sunday a 15% surcharge and public Holidays a 25% surcharge.

  9. All prices are until December 31st 2026 and are subject to change, due to unforeseen circumstances
