Children’s meals are priced at $28 pp and include 1 main course and 1 dessert. Band/entertainment, photographer etc meals are priced at $40 pp and include a main course only.
Prices include: set up and pack down of all Raffertys Catering equipment only, professional cooking staff and waiting staff. All crockery and cutlery and any other items that are needed for the caterer. Catering trailer and refrigerated van are included.
There is a staff travel cost for any functions booked outside the Albury – Wodonga area. This is charged at $55 per staff member per hour of travel from Wodonga CBD.
We provide all our own equipment, crockery and cutlery. We do not provide linen, tables, chairs, glassware, table decorations etc.. If you need help with this or any other services, we are happy to recommend suppliers.
To secure and confirm your booking, a $500 deposit is required. This can be paid as a direct deposit or by cash. The deposit is non – refundable. Once we receive the deposit and fill out Booking Form, we will send out a receipt for the deposit which includes confirmation of the booking and date.
Guest numbers must be confirmed 1 week prior to the date and full payment due on the day before the function.
All prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests – for 40-50 guests a 10% surcharge or 50 people, whichever is lower, for 30-40 guests there is a 25% surcharge. For under 30 guests POA.
