This is the package for those that want some time to let your guests mingle and relax before being seated for the formal part of your wedding, and then back up to the party!

Wandering entrees for 1 1/2 hours, then take your seats for an individually plated and served the main course, then for dessert, the choice is yours.

A cocktail menu consisting of 10 savoury canapés served to your guests over a 2 hour period.

 

Classic Menu                     $52.50 per person

A cocktail menu consisting of 6 savoury canapés, 2 substantial bowl items served over a 2 hour period.

Choose 6 canapes for the first hour, 2 bowl items for the 2nd hour.

 

Premium Menu               $67 per person

A cocktail menu consisting of 10 savoury canapés, 3 substantial bowl items served over a 3rd hour period.

The meat on the spit is cooked over charcoals, so you will get that real BBQ flavor. All we need is power to power the rotisserie on the spit.

Vital information

  1. Children’s meals are priced at $34 pp and include 1 main course and 1 dessert. Band/entertainment, photographer etc meals are priced at $45 pp and include a main course only. 

  2. Prices include: set up and pack down of all Raffertys Catering equipment only, professional cooking staff and waiting staff. All crockery and cutlery and any other items that are needed for the caterer. Catering trailer and refrigerated van are included. 

  3. There is a staff travel cost for any functions booked outside the Albury – Wodonga area. This is charged at $60 per staff member per hour of travel from Wodonga CBD. 

  4. We provide all our own equipment, crockery and cutlery. We do not provide linen, tables, chairs, glassware, table decorations etc.. If you need help with this or any other services, we are happy to recommend suppliers.

  5. To secure and confirm your booking, a $500 deposit is required. This can be paid as a direct deposit or by cash. The deposit is non – refundable. Once we receive the deposit and fill out Booking Form, we will send out a receipt for the deposit which includes confirmation of the booking and date. 

  6. Guest numbers must be confirmed 1 week prior to the date and full payment due on the day before the function. 

  7. All prices are based on a minimum of $2500 – For Sunday a 15% and public Holidays a 25% surcharge. 

  8. All prices are until December 31st 2024 and are subject to change, due to unforeseen circumstances
